I’m a mixed media artist with a focus on acrylic painting and screen print. The bold, versatile qualities of these mediums allow me to create work that is bold, engaging, and visually striking. Growing up with parents who worked in graphic design and advertising, I was constantly surrounded by vibrant, graphic imagery - an influence that continues to shape the colourful, expressive art I strive to make. Over the years, my work has reflected my naturally positive outlook, created with the simple goal of sparking happiness in others. If someone views my art, smiles, and carries that feeling with them, I consider that a great accomplishment.

Conceptually, my work reflects the idea of gifting from the heart; the quiet, genuine, selfless acts people offer one another without expectation of return. I chose an anatomical heart as a simple of sincerity and emotional honesty, layering it with bright flowers to express each selfless act we do for each other, some even subconsciously. The embroidered thread becomes a symbol of stitching together personal connections, suggesting that the selflessness and genuine gestures we do for one another are what truly form meaningful bonds.
