Artist Statement

Aesthetically, their work draws from a variety of sources including movements such as Informalism, Minimalism, as well as Graffiti. Urban decay, unconscious mark making in the urban environment, and compositions found in nature also greatly influence their work. Chris typically examines the ephemerality of the human condition through a close examination of the ecological, the political, the digital and the personal throughout their work.
