Black and Red Reflections
In my artistic journey, I strive to bridge the representational and the abstract. By deconstructing organic and human made forms and patterns, I combine what I see and what is hidden to create ambiguity between the familiar and unknown. Taking everyday objects and landscapes out of context and re-imagining them in abstract compositions helps me view and represent my surroundings in unique ways. I am a multi-disciplinary artist and enjoy combining various media to explore the interplay and layering effects they create.
