Artist Statement

I would describe my practice as “seeing Jesus in the toast”, and by this, I mean finding artistic intent in the ordinary. Usually, I let my ideas decide the medium. Some days I want to forge cutlery and some days I want to design and print money. In short, each of my artworks says one of two things: we need to take art more seriously, or we need to take art less seriously.

Hand Soap for Men

Hand Soap For Men is a direct response to the TikTok trend of showing dirty hands eating a sandwich under the sound "if yer hands don't look like this while'y'r eatin' lunch, ya must be a liberal sissy boy". It's a critique of toxic masculinity.

Artist Biography

I'm 22. I am a multifaceted artist whose phone is full of photos of empty bike racks and sandwiches with jalapeños that were accidentally arranged in a visually pleasing way. For work, I'm a content creator and a professional video editor. I also make music and own a record label.
